Founder and Board Member of the Ethiopian Real Estate Developers Association, Former CEO of Ovid Construction, and Founder and Owner of AfriCon Group Real Estate.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Netherlands, a Master of Science in Engineering from Israel, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s in Project Management from Addis Ababa University, with specialized expertise in the art of project management.

With over 17 years of experience in leading construction companies such as Varnero Misak, he has also contributed numerous research papers to the sector and taught postgraduate and undergraduate courses at Addis Ababa University for over 10 years.

He is married and a father of four children.
