The Ethiopian Real Estate Developers Association (EREDA) is a national, membership-based organization officially established in 2025 by a coalition of visionary real estate developers, valuation firms, and property marketing companies. The Association was created to unify the voice of Ethiopia’s growing real estate industry and to promote sustainable urban development, transparency, and professionalism across the sector. EREDA was founded by 29 pioneering real estate companies, representing some of the most influential players in the Ethiopian property market.
