Founder and Board Member of the Ethiopian Real Estate Developers Association, CEO of Bamacon Group, and Founder and Owner of eight sister companies under Bamacon Group, operating across the full construction spectrum from excavation to finishing.

With over 25 years of experience in the construction sector, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management from Addis Ababa University and has completed advanced courses in Engineering, Management, Leadership, and Technology from renowned international institutions.

A founder and member of the Ethiopian Construction Association, Bamacon Construction has completed more than 120 medium-sized and mega projects in Ethiopia with high quality and speed over the past 20 years. As a board member, he leads a well-organized organization within his companies and supports the association financially, materially, and strategically, strengthening its position and impact.
